At CAP, we want you to get the right piece of furniture or equipment to help your Child Achieve their Potential. We provide a free trial service to Parents, Therapists and Government Organisations. To ensure we are able to continue to provide this free service, we ask that you consider whether the item is suitable for your situation and discuss its suitability with your therapist. Please read the following Trial Terms & Conditions, then contact us to begin the trial process.
- Only standard products can be trialed. Customised items cannot be trialed unless we feel we can resell the item if you decide it is unsuitable. We reserve the right to make this decision on a case by case basis
- We limit the colour choices available on items to be trialed and we reserve this right on a case by case basis too
- We will provide a written quote for the item and all shipping costs before commencing a trial
- We require your contact details including email, address and personal phone number
- The trial period is for five (5) business days only
- If you live in the Brisbane Metro area you may collect and return the goods free of charge. If you are outside of this area and wish to trial an item, delivery and return shipping costs will be payable by you
- We do require your credit card details before the trial begins. No payment will be processed until the trial is complete
- You must leave any protective coverings on the item during the trial period
- You must retain all packaging and repack the goods as closely as possible to the way it arrived to avoid damage
- Goods returned damaged or in an unsaleable condition, will be invoiced and charged for the costs of replacement or repair to the item (unless it is obviously caused in transit as our transport insurance will cover this situation)
- If you decide the item is suitable and you wish to keep it, we will charge you for the goods and the original delivery only
- If the item is not suitable, we will charge you for return shipping (which will include a small packing and insurance fee). We will arrange the collection and forward paperwork to you to attach to the repackaged item
We will arrange all shipping, including the return as we are able to do this in the most cost effective manner using carriers we trust. The shipping costs are variable and dependent on your location so please call or email us for a quote.
